    Ingredients: (2 servings) : 1 cup Plain Sugarless Yogurt
    2 Tbsps. Powdered Sugar
    2 tsps. Matcha (powdered green tea)
    1 tsp. Green Tea
    Instructions :
    1 Put green tea in a plastic bag and knead with hands to make it fine.
    2 Add a little water to Matcha and mix well to make a syrup.
    3 Add powdered sugar and green tea to yogurt.
    4 Serve in a cup with Maccha syrup.

    1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
    1 tsp. Soy Sauce
    Salt & Pepper
    Instructions :
    1 Chop pork, carrot and onion.
    2 Put green tea in a plastic bag and knead with hands to make it fine.
    3 Put oil in a pan and sauté garlic and pork.
    4 Add ginger, onion and carrot.
    5 Add cooked rice. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    6 Add green tea and beaten eggs. Stir fry with high heat.

    3 Melt butter in a pan and make pancakes.
