Our "Kiraka Premium Set" won the gold prize in the World Green Tea Contest 2009. We were chosen for the second consecutive year (See
the below article " Lactic fermented green tea -Rinkacha-"). Kiraka is
a breed variety of green tea, and its most distinctive feature is that
it sprouts almost white leaves instead of green like other kinds of
green tea. Another feature we can not forget is that there is only one
farm in the world that cultivates this unique tea, and the farm is owned
by one of our workers who found and registered this variety after18 years of effort for establishing the breed with his brother.

This product is designed to be brewed in cold water. To brew, simply place one or two tea bags into about 0.3 gallons of water and leave it in the fridge for several hours.
